This week’s Watchlist is brought to you by MOCAtv and the man behind the Skid Row Mural Project. Led by RISK, a Los Angeles graffiti artist of 30 years who is known for expanding the art form, the Skid Row Mural Project aims to brighten the dismal streets of Skid Row while inspiring area inhabitants with “color commentary.”

A great short video about a man working to change the street culture of Los Angeles from the ground up.
