jackie bang is a silver valley climate queer working on Rent Easy, an end of world love story told partly in verse. their fiction and creative nonfiction have appeared in Zyzzyva, the Alaska Quarterly Review, and UC Riverside's CRATE. their poetry has appeared in the Los Angeles Poetry Circus Chapbook, is forthcoming in The Texas Review, and has been rapped in the Los Angeles' ALL Lit Up, The Window, Rapp Salon, and Whisky and Poetry Erotica Reading series. As a portion of their book Rent Easy is told in verse, they are simultaneously producing a collection of raps called "the blue planet." they currently stay in, write in, open mic, and ride their byke around and around New Orleans, Louisiana.
