Elizabeth Cohen is the author of 8 books, including, most recently, The Patron Saint of Cauliflower (Saint Julian Press, 2018), and Bird Light (Saint Julian Press, 2016). As Associate Professor of English at Plattsburgh State University/SUNY, she teaches creative writing and serves as co-editor of Saranac Review. Her memoir, The Family on Beartown Road was a New York TImes notable book of the year and her book of short stories, The Hypothetical Girl was an Oprah Magazine summer "must read”.
