We’re big fans of The Secret City — we never miss a performance, um, a service. We’re never quite sure what to call it when The Secret City rolls into Los Angeles, because, as its creator intones at the opening of the festivities, “We Worship Art.”
On Sunday, June 12, The Secret City will celebrate FREEDOM at the Bootleg Theatre. It starts at noon, but you want to get there by 11:45 am. The service is donation-only, and afterwards, they will be holding their first pancake breakfast fundraiser. It’s only $20. Get your tickets here and you can support an artist by buying an extra one.
Did we say pancakes? PANCAKES!! What a perfect way to celebrate the ending of The Secret City’s LA season. Pancakes, eggs, OJ, delicious coffee and more. We’ll also have mimosas and Bloody Marys for an additional charge. What better way to support the work of The Secret City?!? Join us for a super fun afternoon of food and fun.
